The Colorado Buffaloes were idle during conference championship weekend, and their ranking in the US LBM Coaches Poll remains unchanged. The latest iteration of the Coaches Poll was released on Sunday, and CU stayed put at No. 22.
Colorado climbed back into the top 25 last week after its 52-0 thrashing of the Oklahoma State Cowboys. The Buffs first cracked the Coaches Poll on Nov. 3 and got as high as No. 18 on Nov. 17 before their late-season loss to Kansas.
CU will now wait and see what bowl game it'll be invited to. The Buffs will be playing in their first bowl since 2020 and are looking for their first win since beating UTEP in the 2004 Houston Bowl. With a 9-3 record to end the regular season, Colorado can also reach 10 wins for the first time since 2016.
