WATSONTOWN - The Standard Journal is reporting... The company that manages both the Watsontown and Milton Nursing and Rehabilitation centers has filed for bankruptcy, according to court documents obtained by The Standard-Journal.

Court documents state Care Pavilion LLC has filed for bankruptcy related to the following entities: Milton Operating LLC, and Tucker Operating LLC, Watsontown.

Among the utilities listed as being owed money by the company are Watsontown Borough, Milton Regional Sewer Authority, and Pennsylvania American Water Company.

Watsontown Borough Manager Jay Jarrett confirmed the Watsontown center owes the borough approximately $52,000 in unpaid electric bills. He said the borough has already filed a lien against the owner of the property.
