An access road at the Camden County Prosecutor's Office now honors Jack McLaughlin, the agency's lone officer to be killed in the line of duty
A man being held at Burlington County Jail is accused of strangling his cellmate, authorities said.
Rondale Holloman, 37, of Burlington Township killed 74-year-old Kenneth Bulle of Mount Holly, according to the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office.
Corrections officers learned of the attack during the early morning hours of Nov. 14, the prosecutor's office said in disclosing the incident Friday, Nov. 22.
Bulle was pronounced dead inside the jail. He'd been charged last month with attempted murder and weapons offenses.
Holloman has been in the jail since September, when he was charged with aggravated assault, said a statement from the prosecutor's office.
He now faces an additional charge of murder.
The charges against Holloman are only allegations. He has not been convicted in the case.
