TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) -- State alcohol agents raided a downtown Tupelo business.

Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) agents used a search warrant at D'Cracked Egg on Friday, Nov. 15.

They went there as part of an investigation concerning alleged violations of ABC laws, the Mississippi Department of Revenue announced.

Agents cited one person because the restaurant didn't possess a permit to sell liquor at a location only allowed to sell beer.
