Here are the Times' top high school sports performances from Sept. 22-28

Every Monday, the Beaver County Times will recognize both individual athletes and teams for their impressive performances that took place in the previous week of high school sports action. Here are the standout efforts from Sept. 22-28.

Dai qualified for the WPIAL Individual Championships this Wednesday after carding a 74 in the opening round last Monday finishing in third place.

Harmon qualified for the WPIAL Individual Championships after finishing tied for eighth place carding a 78 in the first round of

Keller also tied for eighth place carding an identical score of 78 and qualified for Wednesday's championship round at Sewickley Heights Country Club.

Ward will be one of three golfers from West Allegheny who will qualify for the WPIAL Individual Championships at Oakmont Country Club in Class 3A as he shot a 78 this past week in the first round.

Kaminikar finished in eighth place in the first round of the WPIAL Individual Championships this past week as she carded a 92.

Mrkonja finished in eighth place last week in the first round of the WPIAL Class 2A Individual Championships carding a 93.

In the WPIAL Class 3A first round of the Individual Championships, the sophomore recorded an 84 finishing in eighth place.

Schild was the second Tiger golfer that qualified for the WPIAL Individual Championships as she carded an 89 in the first round.

DeSarbo put together a solid game in his team's 6-0 win over South Side on Thursday as he found the back of the net twice while also tallying one assist.

Along with DeSarbo's impressive day, Birchler tallied three assists en route to the team's victory over the Rams.

After getting shutout by Quaker Valley earlier in the week, the Bobcats got back in the win column Thursday afternoon with a win over Mohawk with Kullen recording a hat trick.

Furda also impressed in the team's 8-0 win over Mohawk as he tallied two goals and three assists.

Miko led the offensive charge with a hat trick on Monday in the team's dominant 6-0 win over Ambridge.

Snyder recorded a total of four goals this past week for Moon Area. On Monday she kicked off her week by netting three goals in the team's 5-0 win over Chartiers Valley. Then on Thursday, Snyder found the back of the net once in the Tiger's 4-0 win over Blackhawk.

Dydek was all over the pitch this week for the Tigers as she combined for two goals and one assist this week in two matches. In Moon Area's win over Chartiers Valley, Dydek netted two goals. She followed that with a one-assist performance against Blackhawk on Thursday.

Hart tallied one goal and one assist in the team's 2-1 win over Bethel Park in extra time Monday night.

Chontos was dominant for the Bobcats this past week as she netted four goals in the team's 8-1 win over Central Valley.

Furda also was strong in the Bobcats victory over Central Valley as she recorded a goal and two assists Wednesday night.

Connelly impressed for the Bobcats this past week tallying 24 kills over two matches. On Tuesday, she recorded 15 kills in the teams three set win over Blackhawk. Then on Thursday, she tallied nine kills in the team's three-set win over Oakland Catholic.

Malobabich did a little bit of everything this week for the Bobcats. On Monday, she tallied 10 kills and two blocks in the team's win over Blackhawk. She followed that performance up with an 11-kill, three-block effort in the team's win on Thursday.

Bumbils recorded 43 digs in two matches this week for the Bobcats. On Tuesday, she tallied 19 digs in the win over Blackhawk before following that up with another 24 kills in the team's win over Oakland Catholic.

Gerrich collected 15 digs in the team's three-set loss to Avonworth on Tuesday.

Antoniades impressed for Moon Area in two matches this week recording 32 assists. On Tuesday, she recorded 15 assists, two kills and three aces in the loss to Trinity. Then in the team's match on Thursday, she recorded 17 assists three kills and one ace in the loss to South Fayette.

Bonomo finished in second place posting a time of 22:32 in the team's split against Hopewell and New Castle on Tuesday.

Willke finished right behind Bonomo in third place as she posted a time of 24:09 in the split on Tuesday.

Graham also finished in second place for the Cougars as he finished with a time of 18:10 in the team's split.

Moore finished in third place for the Cougars posting a time of 18:18 Tuesday afternoon.
