City have signed a five-year lease to play at Sixways with rugby union side Worcester Warriors also set to return to the stadium next season.
Warriors went into administration in 2022 but are hoping to make a return to professional rugby in 2025/26 after submitting an application to play in a new Tier 2 league.
Current Sixways tenants Worcester Raiders will depart the ground at the end of the 2024/25 campaign to make way for City.
City currently play in the Northern Premier League Midlands division and hope to achieve promotion to Step Three of non-league in the near future.
City chairman, Simon Lancaster said: "We have signed an agreement to move our home from Claines Lane to Sixways with effect from next summer and the 2025/26 season.
"Since I took the club over, our sole purpose has been to save a club that was about to disappear and then to progress it sustainably on and off the pitch.
"We're making great progress, the first team turnaround is phenomenal from where we were, the youth is absolutely flying and the commercial revenues are up.
"That's just a start and we need to keep driving it forward. The biggest all encompassing last piece of the jigsaw is to get our own home.
"We're working hard on that but while we're doing that we need to look after the short-term and secure the best available option."
Lancaster also revealed the club had five-and-a-half years remaining on their lease at Claines Lane.
This meant City had to decide whether to renew their lease at Claines Lane or activate a break clause this month.
City's move to Sixways brings an end to Raiders' five-year tenancy at the ground.
